Community Dashboard Explorations
Part of the community management experience is moderating the activity in the community. We originally had a more static overview page for community managers that provided a lot of quick links to other sections of the console. As part of my explorations, I sought to liven up the page and provide managers with an improved experience to optimize their productivity and efficiency. I also wanted to follow the patterns from our new style guide, which our larger team had yet to adopt. We ran these designs through user testing to find a balance between feasibility and performance.
